Where do you ship from?
We work with international suppliers and orders are shipped from our partner warehouses depending on stock availability.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we process orders quickly, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order may already be in production or shipping. Once received, you can contact us for return instructions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because our products are custom made, delivery usually takes between 7–21 business days depending on your location.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order does not arrive within 30 days after shipping, please contact us and we will provide a replacement or full refund.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Prices on our store do not include import taxes or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds are sent to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.
